Job Description

Main responsibilities;

- Serving customers, handling food items and assisting customers in choosing their items through exceptional customer service.

- Operating an espresso machine to prepare speciality coffee.

- Operating a state of the art milkshake machine to prepare signature shakes.

- Operating delivery partner systems and dealing with delivery drivers.

- Carry out regular cleaming duties to keep our stores to the besy possible level of hygiene and updating health and safety records such as cleaning records.

- Provide cover for other team members as required.

General requirements;

- Must be willing to learn, take instructions & work under own iniative supporting other team members

- Friendly, engaging personality, good communication skills and must work well under pressure.

- Keen interest in bakery products, milkshakes and coffee.

- Knowledge of till operation and cash handling desirable

- Excellent standard of personal presentation, smart appearance and articulate.

- Food hygiene qualifications advantageous but not essential.

- Barista experience desirable but not essential.

- Be responsible, honest and reliable.

- Good time management

- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Pro-active

- Must be able to work flexible days/hours including weekends to suit business needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
