to support our management team and help us continue delivering the exceptional service and delicious products we're known for.

About the Role

As a

Part-Time Supervisor

, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the bakery. From helping to lead the team on shift, to ensuring our standards are met, and our customers leave happy - you'll be a vital part of our store's success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step into a supportive leadership role within a much-loved local business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management team with daily operations, including opening/closing the store, managing shift tasks, and maintaining store presentation Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering friendly and attentive service Motivate and guide team members during shifts, ensuring everyone is working together smoothly and effectively Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld Be a point of contact for both team members and customers during your shifts Embrace and promote our core values:
