Part Time Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking to employ a Part time Restaurant Supervisor for our award winning business located at the ever expanding water front - City Quay, Dundee.
This position will suit a hardworking, pro-active person with an upbeat and positive attitude, who is passionate about hospitality industry and has the ability to work well within a team.
The candidate must be competent in the following areas:
- Working in a busy restaurant
- Cocktail & Barista making
They must also have the ability to install good team spirit, be deadline orientated and able to efficiently manage front of house operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a dynamic business that is growing rapidly.
Hours will be 16 - 25 hours per week and will likely increase during Summer months
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and food safety standards. Manage and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
