About you

You are meticulously presented at all times, in tune with our target consumers, and you are a great communicator with a genuine interest in each client. You love sneakers and you have a real flair for selling. You are organised efficient and have great attention to detail.

We are looking for Supervisor to join our team in Oxford Street with previous experience within retail.

You will be working with a small team which consist of full and part time staff helping the store to maximise sales. The ideal candidates will need to have experience managing staff and confidence of working in a small team, boosting sales and creating a positive atmosphere.

We are looking for the right candidates that have the willingness to learn and adapt to any challenges along the way. You must be a motivating and inspiring individual. You must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting managers with the efficient running of the store.

- Ensuring that, at all times, customers are dealt with politely and efficiently and that Customer Service is of a paramount importance.

- Managing the day-to-day activities involved in ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and merchandised in line with store display manual.

- Carrying out some banking transactions related to the daily sales in accordance with the company procedures and local security arrangements.

- Work with the team to deliver store targets.
