We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Supervisor

to join our team at our new store opening in the Trafford Centre, 'Matcha Made'.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and specialised matcha drinks Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to at all times Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using the till system Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and customer areas throughout the shift Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist with food preparation tasks when required Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality or service Stock handling

Experience

Knowledge of

food safety

standards within a hospitality environment Experience in

serving

customers in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of

food preparation

techniques suitable for cafe settings Strong

time management

skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods in the Trafford Centre. Excellent

communication skills

between staff and customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.10 per hour
