We are looking for a friendly, patient, and proactive support worker to work with a chatty and sociable young man with a mild learning disability who has a zest for life and lots of interests to share.

About the Role

:

You'll be supporting a bright and engaging young man who loves buses and spotting new routes, is focused on living a healthier lifestyle and enjoys shopping for and batch cooking nutritious meals.

He thoroughly enjoys gaming online and has made friends from all around the globe!

12:30 - 15:30 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

13:00 - 18:00 Mondays and Fridays

We are hiring

2 people

for this position, there will also be the option to pick up additional shifts supporting other people who we provide support to.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to a gentleman in his own home. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene. Monitor and document the c health and behavior, reporting any changes to the registered manager. Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to safety and health regulations.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
