Job Description

We are a small, intimate care home committed to providing exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. As part of our dedication to their well-being, we are seeking a passionate Tea Chef to join our team.

As our Tea Chef, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of high-quality teas to our 20 residents. You will have the opportunity to create comforting and delightful tea experiences that enhance their daily routines and promote relaxation and well-being.

Prepare and serve a selection of teas to residents, taking into consideration their preferences and dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the tea preparation area. Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, ensuring their satisfaction with the tea service.
The role is Monday - Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm, with a possibility of overtime with baking at home to bring in.

Requirements

Prior experience in tea preparation or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards.
