Duties

Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering food promptly Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all areas of the kitchen and dining space Manage multiple tasks effectively, including taking orders, serving drinks, and clearing tables Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities Support the team during busy periods by assisting with cleaning, restocking supplies, and general organisation Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order accuracy Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
