Job Description

Based in our studio location in the beautiful village of Wadenhoe (you will need a car to get here), you will be required to call our clients from generated leads from different sources to book into the diary. All our leads come from partners; therefore each client will have information and will be expecting a call, there is no cold calling.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection. Prior experience in B2B marketing is advantageous.
You will be required to do 2 shifts during the week from mid-afternoon to 7pm and a Saturday morning twice a month. hours are negotiable, maximum of 16hrs a week, minimum 8hrs a week. Extra hours will be discussed in advance as there is potential for the right person to help out in other areas of the business. Please do not apply if you don't drive/own a car.
