As a provider of high quality serviced offices to small to medium sized businesses, Hudson House Business Centre (

) is seeking to employ a part-time Receptionist / Telephonist to join our small friendly team on our busy Edinburgh town centre reception desk. We also operate a dedicated telephone answering service for our clients (
www.theanswercentre.co.uk
).
The average hours are 23.5 hours per week. Full time working will also be required during periods of holiday cover.
12.25 per hour. Average 23.5 hours per week - 23,900 per annum pro rata.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and be well presented and committed to providing an excellent level of customer service. Basic experience with Word and Excel is required in addition to good keyboard skills. Previous reception experience is an advantage although other relevant office experience will be considered.
Duties to include:-
Answering calls on behalf of a wide range of clients.
Taking messages and forwarding messages to clients by email.
Meeting and greeting visitors at reception, providing a professional, courteous and friendly service to all visitors.
Arranging meeting room bookings, managing incoming and outgoing mail, basic administrative tasks.
Monitoring reception, all common areas and meeting rooms.
