Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30am - 2.30pm

Main Activities:
Month end stocktakes:
Preparing Excel sheets for manual stock counts
Entering results of manual stock counts onto Excel
Calculating costs of items in stock
Investigate any queries/discrepancies
Cost Centre Analysis
Extracting data from nominal ledger and analysing for management reporting
Producing nominal ledger journals as required for above
Day to day accounts dept duties including but not limited to:
Entering sales ledger receipts onto Sage 200
Entering purchase ledger invoices onto Sage 200
Generating sales ledger invoices in SI, sending to customers and uploading into Sage 200
Sending out customer statements and contacting customers where necessary regarding overdue invoices
Cash handling and reconciling daily till sheets
Answering the telephone and reception door

Qualifications Required:
At least 2 years accounting experience
Good Excel skills
Experience of Sage preferred
