Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety to individuals of various ages and skill levels. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Duties

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring that each session is engaging and educational. Assess the skill levels of students and tailor lessons accordingly to meet their needs. Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing methods, and water safety practices. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, concerns, or recommendations for further development. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance teaching methods and stay updated on best practices in swim instruction.

Experience

Previous experience in swimming coaching or teaching is highly desirable. A background in swimming or aquatic activities is preferred, with relevant certifications being an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages. A commitment to promoting water safety and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
