We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to clients, helping them navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Stay informed about current developments in the field of therapy and mental health.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
A relevant degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
Valid professional accreditation or licensure as a Therapist.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), or other modalities is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
