Job Description

This job is an action packed role which includes a variety of roles and responsibilities.

As a track marshal you will be in charge of the customer experience whilst racers are on track. This will include racer briefings, marshalling races, track repair, kart maintenance and help with the maintenance of the building. This role is very customer focused and so the ideal candidate should have great people skills, be enthusiastic and should have a good attitude to work. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking to large groups as well as 1-1 conversations with our customers.

Inverness Kart Raceway has a motivated and fun workforce and we are looking for someone else to join the team. If you are successful in the hiring process, you will be supporting the local youth mentoring charity, DAY1.

Part-time hours: 5-20 per week
