Duties

Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development. Maintain accurate records of student performance and feedback. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging students. Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting, including special education or early childhood education. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs, including those with diverse learning requirements. Background in childcare or preschool education is preferred but not mandatory.
