Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part time weekend Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Pinner Hill Golf Club.

Ideally you will have experience as a Kitchen Assistant to help with the preparation of ingredients, service and the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Positive Working attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to details Have a true passion for cooking Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential - training will be provided

The Role:

Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment Supporting the Chef with basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items Providing assistance to Service and other kitchen work, as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.46 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
