The Role
As part of our sales team, you'll play a key role in converting inbound and outbound leads into loyal customers. You'll manage warm enquiries, inbound calls, upsell and follow up with interested prospects. The goal is to confidently guide them through the sales process, ensuring every customer feels informed and supported.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment suited to someone who thrives on results, actively seeks feedback, loves speaking with people, and takes pride in personal growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert qualified leads.
Confidently explain services, pricing, and booking processes to potential customers.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Record accurate customer details and manage the CRM efficiently.
Participate actively in ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching sessions.
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture that celebrates success and feedback.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a sales, call-centre, or customer-facing role
