Job Overview

I'm seeking a passionate spa & wellness therapist to help develop our new wellness sanctuary. The heart of this role is delivering massage, hot stone massage, and relaxation facials, helping our clients completely unwind and feel restored. You'll work closely with me in an intimate, boutique setting, co-creating treatments, rituals, and services that delight our clients. From the very beginning, you'll have the opportunity to shape spa and wellness offerings and contribute ideas that elevate every client's experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality massage, hot stone massage, and relaxation facials - the core of our spa offering Co-create new treatments with me, rituals, and wellness services Help create "The Sanctuary" and set up our dedicated spa space Deliver a five-star client experience with professionalism and care Maintain treatment rooms to high hygiene and presentation standards Assist with client bookings and general housekeeping tasks Handle admin whilst we are building the sanctuary Collaborate with me on creating engaging content for social media platforms. Build and grow the business through innovative wellness offerings Be part of growing something meaningful

Role Details

Position: Part Time employed spa therapist with weekly pay. Holiday pay Schedule: Weekend role starting with Saturdays 8:30am - 2pm Growth: Expanding to full days on a Saturday and Sunday mornings as the business grows Appointments: Well-spaced for quality care and for your welfare Independence: Must be able to work without direct supervision Support: Full mentorship and guidance as we develop this together

Essential Requirements

Level 3 beauty/spa therapy or equivalent qualifications - including massage, hot stone massage, and relaxation facials Confidence in delivering massage and relaxation facials, as these form the main part of your work Genuine passion for wellness and helping others relax Professional approach to delivering exceptional client experiences Comfortable with admin tasks and social media collaboration Enthusiasm for service development and business growth
Desirable

Additional qualifications in other therapies are a bonus

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
