Duties

Plan and deliver coaching sessions tailored to the needs of participants, ensuring clear progression pathways Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills and confidence Organise training programmes, workshops, or classes in accordance with organisational standards Monitor participant progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and any relevant assessments or evaluations Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programmes or enhance existing offerings

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons or sessions effectively Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and constructive feedback Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and skill levels Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fostering personal development through sport or activity Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to coaching environments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: 15.00 per hour
