Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Conwy Youth Service is excited to welcome an enthusiastic Youth Support Worker who brings energy, compassion, and relevant skills to help deliver a dynamic programme of activities and informal education.


Working under the guidance of the Worker in Charge, you will play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for young people, supported by a team of dedicated colleagues. You will help build positive, respectful relationships with young people and contribute to maintaining high standards across all aspects of our service.


As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also support the smooth running of the provision through essential administrative duties, appropriate to the level of the post and guided by the Worker in Charge.


Approximately 80% of your working hours will involve face-to-face youth work within a designated provision, connecting, engaging, and inspiring young people directly.


This role predominantly takes place during evening sessions, with occasional weekend work. We value flexibility to meet the diverse needs of the young people we support.

Welsh Language Skills:



The ability to communicate in welsh in order to deliver individual support to young people and assist in overall programme delivery is essential for some of the posts and desirable for the rest of the posts.
