Full Time/Part Time Fitness/Class Instructor
Visions Leisure Centre, Cumnock
We are looking for an exceptional team member to work within our team at visions leisure centre. You will provide a safe environment in the gymnasium, strength room and aerobics studio as well as excellent standards of customer care for customers and their families on every visit.
Supporting with customer queries and resolving any issues on site when possible
Health and safety checks on site
Maintain the facility to a high standard
Be a positive role model for young people encouraging them to reach their full potential
Deliver inductions and personal programmes
Must hold a level 2 health, fitness & exercise qualification
Level 3 personal trainer qualification, desirable
Deliver fitness classes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focused, demonstrates a determined and committed approach to quality of standards and cleanliness
Perseverance and patience to encourage and put people at ease
Observant, notices customers and anticipates their needs
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced PVG Check
Salary depending on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: Up to 18.60 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
