are looking for

Part Time/Casual Retail Sales Assistant

to join our team at our kiosk based at The Golden Square Mall, Warrington and also the Birchwood Shopping Centre, so the role could be for either kiosk, so travel to both locations is a must.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and confident individual that has strong sales experience, great customer service skills, and build a positive relationship with new and returning customers. The ideal candidates must have at least 2+ years retail OR sales experience, and be able to work towards sales targets.

:

Serving customers at the kiosk, and dealing with enquiries

Selling wax melts, candles, diffuser products to customers and upselling

Hitting sales targets, and engaging with customers

Processing cash and card payments

Promoting products based on the company's directives

Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays

Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery

Managing product inventory at the kiosk

Keeping the kiosk clean

Job Skills:

Strong customer service skills is a MUST

Excellent in selling and upselling products

Proficiency in using a point of sale system (POS) and inventory management software

Must be able to count cash

Knowledge in product promotions

Ability to conduct effective sales

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in high pressure situations

Ability to work well on your own

Proficiency in Maths & English

Must be confident talking to customers and show initiative

Job Hours:

2-3 days per week (10-21 hours) with some shifts being half days/full days.

Hours are typically 9.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri) and 11am-5pm on Sundays. We also offer half shifts (such as 9.30am-1pm or 1p-5pm)

Job Salary:

Pay will be UK minimum wage (per hour).

We also offer bonus pay and incentives for hitting sales targets during busy seasons!
