Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and production.
Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus

This role is paid at 15 per hour and on top of your hourly wage you will also receive tips from our 10% service charge. This is shared between all the staff but generally is around an extra 1 to 2 per hour worked during the summer months.
