The Role

We are seeking a

Part-Time Heavy Plant Engineer / Plant Fitter

to work within our fully equipped workshop.
You'll be carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of heavy plant and construction machinery.

Hours are flexible

- we're happy to discuss part-time schedules or reduced hours to suit you.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heavy plant machinery in the workshop. Carry out regular servicing, inspections, and maintenance. Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding. Undertake light fabrication or welding when required. Support colleagues and share experience within the team.

Requirements

Qualified Heavy Plant Engineer / Fitter. Proven experience with plant, construction, or agricultural machinery. Confident diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently. References required.
