The Role

We're looking for an experienced Partitioning Project Manager to join our Build team. Reporting to the Build Director, you'll be responsible for managing site-based construction projects involving partitions, glazing, ceilings, doors and joinery. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and proven project delivery skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day site operations including labour, subcontractors, materials and inspections Preparing and distributing RAMS and toolbox talks Creating procurement plans, ordering and coordinating materials Reviewing technical drawings, identifying risks and working with architects, surveyors and estimators pre-construction Carrying out site surveys to support accurate project costing Supervising and inspecting works to ensure quality control and compliance Using Procore software for snagging and project close out Responding to delays or issues, working with Project Managers and Site Managers to mitigate risks

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial interiors or fit-out projects Detailed knowledge of partitioning, glazing, ceilings, doors and joinery Comprehensive project management experience with proven track record of delivery CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certification Strong client management, interpersonal and communication skills Commercial awareness and ability to represent the business on site Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
