What to expect
The Partner Account Manager will support the Strategic Partnership Manager in the delivery of the joint business plans and be the key contact for smaller accounts within the team. The Account Manager will oversee property projects and hardware product launches, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives whilst demonstrating best practice across the account team. They will embody a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance; with a key focus on delivering revenue growth and project management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of strong relationship building skills and Account Management within a Business to Business environment. In addition you will possess:
  • Experience in operational management within retail, ideally multi-site
  • Commercially oriented with a good business acumen
  • Passion for great Customer Service and a desire to drive excellence
  • A full driving license
  • Experience working with a Franchised business model
