The Role:



As a Hampsons Partner Agent, you will operate as an independent associate within an exclusive geographical territory. You will be the face of Hampsons, responsible for the full estate agency lifecycle within your area, from valuations and viewings to sales progression.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Generating and managing your own listings within your allocated territory.

Conducting property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.

Providing exceptional service to both vendors and buyers, ensuring regular communication and feedback (as per our Service Level Agreement).

Utilising our dedicated CRM system and marketing platforms to manage your pipeline and promote properties.

Upholding the high professional standards and reputation of the Hampsons brand.

Complying with all industry regulations, including those set by The Property Ombudsman.

Full compliance with the terms of our Independent Associate Agreement, including maintaining relevant professional indemnity insurance.
