The Job Role



As Partner Business Manager you will be responsible for opening and building strategic relationships with new or high growth Partners to Westcoast who will sit in our dedicated new business team

Your focus will be to open and onboard new Partners or grow existing partners who have the capability to invoice over 100k margin and hold a high partner medal status across our vendors. You will identify new business opportunities via a list of potential accounts, across the VAR, SI & MSP space.

These partners will be at varying stages of a hardware/software/infrastructure journey (sell hardware via another distributer, sell alternative vendors to the current Westcoast portfolio or looking to diversify their business into Hardware sales).

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:



Research and prioritise new account target list Create a pipeline of new customers Open and onboard new customers Manage accounts till they are actively trading for 3 months Work with vendors on their 'White Space' prospects Work with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience Manage customer pipeline, produce accurate weekly forecast reports Identify new accounts to target
