We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Partner Community Officer to join our growing team at Rapid Care 4U. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, is passionate about community engagement, and excels in supporting recruitment initiatives that contribute to the growth of a healthcare talent network. You'll help ensure our medical partner community feels valued, supported, and aligned with our mission to transform care delivery.

Your Role:

Support the Partner Community in identifying and attracting qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Assist with screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining partner records. Communicate regularly with our medical partners to ensure they feel informed, supported, and connected. Help coordinate community activities such as virtual meetups, newsletters, or training sessions. Keep partner data up to date in internal systems and assist with reporting on recruitment and engagement metrics. Gather feedback from partners and flag any issues or improvement opportunities to the Partner Community Manager. Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends and partner expectations to support community health and satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field--or relevant experience. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, community support, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and relationship-building skills--you enjoy working with people and helping them succeed. Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn systems like CRMs, ATS platforms, or community apps. Positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mindset.
