Partner Development Manager (Scotland)

a high?impact, relationship?first role at the heart of our channel strategy.

About the Role



This is a newly created role focused on

developing, enabling and growing Salto's UK partner network

.

You'll take ownership of relationships with installers, system integrators and resellers, supporting them to win more work, deliver consistently, and position Salto as their access control partner of choice.

This is not a traditional account management role. You'll act as a

trusted advisor, commercial enabler and performance partner

, helping your partners succeed through training, technical alignment, joint planning and ongoing support.

With the backing of a collaborative UK sales and technical team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, pipeline and partner portfolio while playing a visible role in Salto's wider commercial success.

What You'll Be Responsible For



Managing and growing relationships with existing UK partners across your region Identifying, engaging and onboarding new partners aligned to Salto's partner profile Supporting partners through commercial training, product updates and solution positioning Acting as the key link between partners and Salto's sales, product and technical teams Supporting partners through opportunities, bids and customer engagements Driving partner?led pipeline growth and improved sales performance Representing Salto at industry events, trade shows and partner forums Maintaining accurate pipeline, activity and forecasting data within CRM Providing regular updates and market insight to the National Partner Manager

About You



You're a confident, credible relationship builder who understands that the best commercial results come from trust, consistency and collaboration.

You're comfortable working independently in a field?based role, while staying closely aligned with internal teams.

You're calm under pressure, commercially astute, and motivated by shared success rather than transactional sales.

Experience & Background



3-5+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development or partner/channel management Experience working with installers, resellers, integrators or third?party partners Background in solution?led or technical sales (PropTech, Smart Buildings, Construction, Security, FM or similar preferred) Confident presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior decision?maker level Comfortable managing a pipeline and working with CRM systems Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

Experience in access control or smart building technology is beneficial but not essential.
