We are seeking a proactive and strategic

Partner Enablement Manager

to develop, manage, and scale go-to-market programmes to effectively sell, implement, and support their solutions across our customer base. This role is critical to ensuring our partners/Klipboard staff have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to be successful, driving mutual growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market objectives. Educate and arm Sales teams with content and awareness of customer campaigns alongside clear incentive plans and engagement process. Understand the addressable market and global expansion strategy to drive greater cross-sell across the Klipboard customer base. Create and maintain product value proposition training programs, go-to-market content playbooks for partner teams (sales & marketing). Facilitate live and on-demand workshops and webinars for new and existing partners through strong content rich launch & nurture campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and distribute partner-centric content. Implement promotion of partner solutions across digital, social and in product tooling. Analyze partner performance data to assess the impact of enablement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for partners regarding sales promotion and marketing campaign resource. Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement offerings.

Growth metrics per partner across Klipboard customer base Customer engagement scoring Customer X-Sell product adoption ROI calculation on commercial agreement with the Partner (working alongside the Partner Lead)

Qualifications



3-7 years of experience in partner enablement, channel marketing, sales enablement, marketing, product marketing or a related field. Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology partners preferred. Strong project management and content development skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment.
