Job Purpose

To support and own the partner growth agenda for Egg within the B2C Sales organisation. The role requires management of the business development process, onboarding, relationship management and performance management of both new and existing partners, to deliver, profitable electrical vehicle charging (EVC) & Solar sales volumes, in line with business targets.

This role

Key Accountabilities

  • This role is a primary Sales role, with account management and partner relationships being a key component. The ownership of partner marketing and campaigns to their base clients, is part of the Sales growth and partner management responsibility.
  • Develop, own and maintain an ongoing partner acquisition list
  • Consider, adapt and onboard partners from across different market segments and industries, both up and down the supply-chain of homes and electric vehicles
  • Builds strong relations with partners at all levels to ensure Egg has positive perception and with ongoing opportunities
  • Own partner-account development plans with senior, decision making engagement models
  • Support, sponsor and deliver co-branded content, campaigns and offers to new and existing base Customers of both Egg and our partners
  • Define, track and Manage KPI performance, within target levels to include installs, revenue, product mix & customer experience
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with a strategic plan to embed recurring revenues (E.g. Egg+) within our partners Customer base, to both Egg and non-Egg EVCs
  • Works across internal partners such as procurement, product marketing, finance, commercial planning, channel operations, brand and PR teams on account related issues, to ensure effective management of Egg partnerships
  • Identifies and develops cross-functional virtual account team to aide delivery and support of the partner-account performance
  • Responsible for the creation and presentation of sales reports
  • Develop new cost-effective, self-funding sales channels, to expose and increase the Egg brand
  • Provide peer support, co-coaching and development with and beyond own team
  • Authority and empowerment to own company wide initiatives and practises, beyond the role for the engagement, development and performance of Egg
Knowledge & Experience
  • A background in developing and implementing key initiatives to drive lead generation
  • Display integrity, initiative and commitment through interactions with colleagues and clients
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Strong (virtual) leadership presence, and ability to represent the Egg and B2B in an exceptional way, aligned to LG Values and Leadership Expectations
  • Creative and collaborative approach to complex problem solving; results orientated
  • Broad business experience gained within leadership and individual contributor roles
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engaging and influential communication style and stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation to executive level
  • Experience in budgeting & financial analysis formulating strategic and executable account plans
  • Building strong and trusting relationships across a broad network in the organisation and the ability to navigate across relationships at a senior level
  • Ability to make decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, and work effectively on multiple initiatives
  • Good Interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion & presentation skills
