We're looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our growing cybersecurity vendor team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through our network of Value Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).

You'll take ownership of developing strategic relationships within key channel partners, enabling them to sell our full range of cybersecurity services, and working closely to deliver joint business success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic channel account plans for high-value partners. Identify, recruit, and enable new VAR, MSP, and MSSP partners to expand our channel network. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders across sales, technical, and leadership levels. Drive partner engagement through enablement, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Support partners through the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure. Collaborate internally with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure partner success. Manage partner performance metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting. Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive positioning, and channel market dynamics.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Channel Account Manager or Partner Manager role within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services sector. Strong understanding of VAR, MSP, and MSSP business models and how to drive value through them. Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding channel revenue targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and commercial audiences. Confident managing complex sales cycles through partners. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.

Desirable

Experience working with partners on framework agreements, bids, or government procurement. Understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability management, or broader cybersecurity service offerings. Experience creating or delivering channel enablement and go-to-market plans.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure. Hybrid working with travel to partner sites and industry events. High-growth environment with autonomy and clear progression opportunities. * Ongoing training and development within a collaborative, forward-thinking cybersecurity vendor.
