As a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with Contracting teams and hotel suppliers. The role will also collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and key internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Content, Human Resources, and the wider Commercial organization


In this role you will:




As a Partner Marketing Manager you will be required to develop working relationships with Contracting and hotel suppliers. In addition, other areas the role will work closely with are; marketing teams in all regional markets and other internal departments - notably Sales, Finance, Content, Human Resources and the wider Commercial organisation


Key Responsibilities.




Drive hotel and partner participation in WebBeds marketing, create revenue opportunities, and deliver partner campaigns. Produce creative assets (videos, ads, collateral, etc.) and manage design processes. Develop and negotiate marketing proposals, manage finance processes, and track agreements Cultivate strong relationships with hotels and internal teams for long-term retention. Use BI, D365, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements. Manage Mailchimp and D365 to maximise email marketing effectiveness. Support daily operations including incentives, communications, and trade shows. Lead projects on global campaigns, brand adoption, tech implementation, and process improvements. Provide training and materials on marketing tools and support onboarding.

Strong design skills and knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite applications, importantly; Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Knowledge and understanding of systems: BI, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Dynamics 365 Creative and innovative outlook Acute attention to detail Highly organised Proactive contribution to driving improvement and change - doing it better Able to work autonomously and contribute effectively against objectives Analytical and creative problem-solving skills Strong communicator Good verbal and written skills Good commercial understanding * Additional creative capabilities across other design applications and mediums, offering additional ways of working highly regarded
