Partner Office, a team within Business Solutions, looks after PwC UK partners and former partners. Our team of c.70 people comprises specialists in the areas of partner admissions, personal tax and financial planning, coaching and development, income, annuities, career transition, mobility, benefits, and the legal administration of being a partner. The team is based across our London (Embankment Place) and Reading offices.
The Director will provide a Partner Office (PO) leadership presence in our Reading office, and be a key member of the PO leadership team.
The role involves leading across multiple service areas, connecting those service areas together where that improves the user experience for partners and/or delivers incremental value for the business, driving technological and operational changes where relevant
What your days will look like:
Provide overall leadership for, and support collaboration across, a number of service areas that include, but are not limited to, tax, financial planning, benefits and mobility & contracting services.
Act as the key point of escalation for issues related to these services before escalating to the Head of Partner Office.
Be a key member of the Partner Office leadership team, delivering a coordinated and positive leadership approach for the entire function.
Drive transformation through technology and new ways of working, collaborating with sub-team leaders and the PO Process & Technology sub-team.
Implement both large-scale technology changes and smaller adaptations to improve service delivery.
Positively connect with broader Business Solutions teams to ensure the right services are delivered from the right places, learning from and contributing to broader transformation efforts.
Nurture talent and plan for succession across all service areas, investing in the future team while empowering, recognising and supporting those with the existing expertise and experience.
Connect with other territories in the PwC Network to share experience and good practice.
