We are seeking an analytical and hands-on Program Manager to facilitate new external partner launches for our Prime Video Store business and launch strategic programs across the business. The core mission of the Partner Program Manager is to support the on-boarding of new partner studios, ingest content from the partners, manage the content through the publishing process, and ensure it makes its way to the site on-time, in pristine condition and in the format/offers necessary to support our rapidly expanding service. In addition to continuously driving and improving execution of this core mission, the Partner Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional counterparts in engineering, content acquisition, operations, partner management, product management, merchandising, design and customer service to ensure the team and systems are supporting the business launches.

The Partner Program Manager will own industry-leading content and business launches as we expand the Prime Video Store business, and will conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Key activities include:
  • Project manage the launch of content and support the partner on-boarding within the Prime Video Store business by partnering with teams across engineering, content acquisition, operations, partner management, product, merchandising, design, and customer service.
  • Project manage the launch of strategic programs within the Prime Video Store business by partnering with teams across operations, tech, product and business teams.
  • Responsible for making content from new partners available, while improving SLA's and processes.
  • Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
  • Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.


  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain desired.
  • A passion for digital media and digital video.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills.
  • Able to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals.
