My Role Overview - What can I expect?
As the Partner Sales Team Executive, you will work within the Partner Sales Team, using our Ticketing system (Jira) to action all required requests from customers and driving proactive outbound sales campaigns. These requests can include raising of sales orders, creating estimates, providing lead times as well as other sales related tasks. Exceptional customer service, outbound sales experience, attention to details and multitasking is a key part of this role. As a team member of the Partner Sales Team you will work together to ensure we provide great service at all times, and you will work closely with our Account Management and Business Development teams to support their sales opportunities.

Reporting into the Partner Sales Team Manager you will form an integral part of the Sales Team, joining an established team within Westbase.io provides an opportunity for career growth.

? Servicing existing and new customers with their sales & service enquiries.
? Grow overall sales revenue and margin through expansion of existing customer footprint and the acquistion of new customers
? Ensuring that our customer orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner
? Consistently meet Quality & Service Key Performance Indicators in a fast-paced environment.
My Accountabilities - What will I be doing?
? Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to and from our customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring their requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
? Conducting outbound sales campaigns.
? Supporting our customers throughout the sales process.
? Working with Account Managers and Business Development Directors to ensure that their orders are processed correctly.
? Use the internal Client Relationship Management and Accounting software to input, process and verify data entry relating to our customers, sales transactions, payments and stock levels.
? Answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
My Skills & Personal Qualities - You're someone who is
? Experienced in a similar role (e.g. Outbound Selling, Sales Ordering)
? Proficient in CRM systems and sales workflow systems
? Highly accurate and focused on delivering high quality work
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
? Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi task efficiently.
? Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous.
? Able to identify opportunities for customer service and process improvement.
? Natural self-motivation and also the ability to work as part of a busy team.
? Proactive, can-do attitude and keen to learn

My Experiences & Qualifications - You're someone who is
? Familiar with the sales lifecycle
