Following an incredible first couple of years since opening our office in Taunton, where we've built strong client relationships, partnered with local businesses, and made a real difference in our community, we're preparing to move into our brand-new, permanent home. This next chapter brings fresh opportunity, and we're looking for driven, talented professionals to be a key part of it.

Who We're Looking For

We are actively seeking ambitious Partners and Senior Associates in the following key practice areas:


Private Client Rural or Energy Residential Property Corporate & Commercial

We want to hear from experienced, accomplished lawyers who:


Have a strong presence in the local market and ideally with national reputation. Are experienced in business development and building long-term client relationships. Can demonstrate proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a team. Are collaborative and commercially minded, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Possess excellent communication and mentoring skills. The successful candidates will be confident in developing others and supporting junior lawyers. Have a track record of winning and retaining high-value work, either regionally or nationally. Are excited by the opportunity to shape and grow a practice within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.
