We're looking for a Partner Settlements Accountant to join our Finance team in London.

About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join the team and focus on preparing and reconciling settlement statements for our partners and venues. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, will be comfortable analysing and summarising large data sets and have superior spreadsheet skills.
You'll be
Organising, summarising and analysing transactional data compiled from various sources for partners' reports and payments.
Focussed on attention to detail and following contractual information to ensure partners' reporting adheres to agreed terms.
Managing time to complete workflows and assist the team's compliance with contractual obligations.
Assisting the team to ensure payments and reports are prepared in a timely manner.
Assisting with record keeping of all financial transactions related to event payouts in both client-facing and financial systems.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
Committed to meeting weekly deadlines set by the team.
Assisting with ad hoc requests from Operations teams and external partners.
Providing assistance across all the territories when required by the team.

You need
Solid relevant experience in a similar function.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Precision and diligence with systems and processes.
Familiarity with either Stripe, Salesforce, Looker or NetSuite is a bonus.
Comfortable working with large unstructured data from various sources.
High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to balance and prioritise work.
A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
Fluency in one of the following languages - French, German, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish (bonus).
