Job Description

The Global Partnerships team at Meta is responsible for fostering relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, sports leagues, and media. Focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Meta AI and WhatsApp, the team helps drive product priorities with partners across Meta's family of apps. To support this effort, Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to be based in London, covering both creators from the UK market vertical athletes, leagues and federations across the entire region. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for both Meta and its key partners in the region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to provide strategic planning, reporting and analysis, relationship co-management, product insights, and education, ultimately helping to accelerate success for both Meta and its partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Partner Solutions Manager, Sports & UK Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps. Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team. Relationship Co-Management: Working along with Strategic Partner Managers, support managed partners with product education, partner deep-dives, escalation management, product consultations, and liaise with internal stakeholders to propose innovative solutions. Support Product Go-To Market: Working with partners and internal teams on product launches and tests. Coordinating access, education, product feedback and measurement. Product Expertise: Share product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growth. Serve as a Product expert for internal partnerships teams and partners. Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional counterparts to build solutions at scale. Thought Leadership: Leverage data-led insights and narratives to help drive strategic decision-making. Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem. Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:



5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, partner or project management Bachelor's degree Experience working with Sports, Public Figures or Creators at a talent agency, media company, tech company or sports organization Experience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting and turning data into meaningful narratives Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative Experience with using Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Meta AI to help partners or clients reach their goals Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of the Sports/Creator and/or Entertainment landscape and the evolving players in Europe, especially in the UK Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activations Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual with demonstrated experience of operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment Fluency in Spanish is a plus
