Role Introduction

Responsible for equipping and empowering strategies delivery partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively implement and support the company's products and services.

This role involves developing enablement programs, creating and leveraging educational content, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are well-prepared to deliver exceptional value to customers.


What You Will Do

Design and implement enablement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of strategic delivery partners. Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resources that support continuous learning and development for partners. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partners have access to up-to-date information and resources, enabling them to effectively represent the company's offerings. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of enablement programs, partner, skills, capability and capacity and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business success. Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance partner engagement and improve operational efficiency.
