Role Summary:

We are seeking a Partner/Director level candidate to join our growing firm and drive global growth. This leadership role involves developing our business, managing firm operations and teams, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client network.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global business development, client acquisition, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with senior partners to design scalable strategies and explore new business models. Oversee client onboarding, performance metrics, and operational excellence. Manage financial planning, P&L, and commercial pricing. Mentor senior managers and drive cross-team collaboration. Oversee the

end-to-end ownership of client delivery

, ensuring projects are completed with excellence, timeliness, and measurable impact. Drive

teamwork across cross-functional teams

, aligning business development efforts with service delivery, marketing, and advisory functions. Stay ahead of global trends and position the firm as a premium service provider. Leading market expansion efforts and forging new partnerships. Representing the firm at events, conferences, and public forums. Mentoring and guiding our business development team to meet ambitious revenue goals.

Qualification:

Advanced degrees such as a Master's in Accounting and Finance. Must hold a recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA (ICAEW), CPA, or CIMA.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, auditing, or finance roles, with extensive exposure to client management and business development in professional services. Global business mindset and stakeholder management.
