We're looking for self-employed Partner Director to join us on this journey. As a partner, you'll be building your own portfolio of clients while leveraging our global team, leading AI experts, and end-to-end delivery support. Your Role as a Partner:



Build and manage your own portfolio of clients in key sectors (finance, healthcare, retail, tech, and more)

Introduce businesses to Sprouto's subscription-based development plans

Leverage Sprouto's resources to deliver enterprise-grade solutions without operational headaches

Represent Sprouto at networking events, trade shows, and through your own outreach

Develop long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams

What We're Looking For:



A background in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in tech/IT)

Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset

Strong relationship-building, communication, and closing skills

Ability to work independently while leveraging team support

Ambition to grow your own business in partnership with a global software talent company
