The Role:



Partnership account managers are integral part of our commercial team, operating closely with our Partner Managers and Account Executives. They are key to bringing Blink's payment solutions and APIs to a broader market to deliver commercial success. Working within our wider revenue function, the Partnership Account Manager will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the partner relationship. Each partnership account manager will be responsible for a portfolio of partners aligned to specific industry verticals. They will be key to setting and managing expectation with the partner and will lead structure quarterly business review meetings (QBRs) to review past performance and plan and agree the next quarter's plans and goals. They are directly responsible for driving referral leads through co-created marketing activity. You will be responsible for managing an ever-growing portfolio of Referral and Integration partners. Referral partners can consist of Associations, Buying Groups, Federations,



Key Responsibilities:



Building relationships and liaising with partners on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email

Conducting exceptional quarterly business reviews f2f where practical.

Hold commercial discussions with partners - includes reviewing existing revenue share agreements, negotiating new contracts and sending out commission reports.

Identifying retention and cross-selling opportunities, including new platform features, API-usage and group commercial offerings.

Working closing with internal departments including Product, Marketing, Finance, Client Success and Support to ensure Partners are receiving the best possible service.

Staying on top of all new features, functionality and product advancements to maximise client and partner engagement with the platform.

Managing the Partner's book of clients to ensure merchant retention and Partner satisfaction.



Key Skills/Experience:



Ability to work under pressure with a constant positive outlook when being faced with complex merchant and partner issues.

Able to communicate effectively with Partners - consisting of planning, presenting and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders within both Partner and Merchant businesses.

The ability to identify opportunities for growth with existing partners.

Salesforce experience preferred

Effective personal organisation; self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity

The ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Strong collaboration skills resulting in improvement of existing processes
