The Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected

Partnership & Brand Lead

to spearhead employer engagement, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives. You'll cultivate long-term relationships that bring funding, influence, and opportunity -- connecting brands and businesses with meaningful social impact.

This role requires a natural relationship builder with a strong professional network, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver partnership strategies that generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage corporate, donor, and community partnerships. Lead on employer engagement for apprenticeships and training initiatives. Identify sponsorship and funding opportunities that align with organisational goals. Oversee bid writing and proposal submissions with finance input. Represent MSFDN and associated ventures at networking and industry events. Work with marketing to promote partnerships and campaigns. Build and maintain a CRM of partners and funders with clear engagement pipelines.

About You

Proven track record in partnerships, fundraising, or business development. Strong existing network across corporate, creative, or education sectors. Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills. Strategic thinker able to turn ideas into tangible collaborations. Confident operating autonomously while managing high-value relationships.

Pay: 40,000.00-70,000.00 per year
