We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Partnership Delivery Manager to lead the design, delivery, and growth of our high-quality apprenticeship provision. In this role, you'll lead a skilled team of trainers, lecturers, and assessors while developing strategic partnerships with employers to expand our provision and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:



Partnership Growth

- Build and strengthen relationships with employers, industry leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring our curriculum is responsive to market needs.

Programme Delivery

- Oversee smooth onboarding, design bespoke apprenticeship pathways, and guarantee compliance with ESFA funding and Ofsted standards.

Operational Leadership

- Manage and inspire delivery staff, ensuring timetables, resources, and outcomes consistently meet the needs of learners and employers.

Quality & Compliance

- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, preparing confidently for audits, inspections, and external reviews.

Financial Oversight

- Lead efficient resource management, oversee budgets, and report on performance to maximise impact and sustainability.

Is This You?



You're a proven leader with a track record in apprenticeship delivery, compliance, and partnership development. You understand the intricacies of ESFA funding and Ofsted requirements, and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You have strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire both staff and employers. Above all, you're passionate about shaping futures and creating opportunities through education.

What You'll Bring:



Demonstrated success in managing apprenticeship programmes. Strong knowledge of funding, compliance, and quality frameworks. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills. A Level 4 qualification (or higher) and advanced IT capability.
