Job Description

Deliver operational aspects of partnerships, both internal and external, across all global development divisions and service providers.


Services provided will include administration and management of central systems and processes, liaising between global development stakeholders, service providers, and supporting business functions to resolve system issues, fulfill data requests, reconcile data discrepancies, support the on and offboarding processes for provider resources, and contribute to process improvement efforts within partnerships as needed.


Services rendered will:


Generate, and distribute centralized reports including service requests, training, compliance, etc. Management of on- and off boarding activation, liaise with IT for issues Track and follow up on resolution of system issues and liaise with cross functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency in connected resource systems Manage and triage the inquiries from business sponsors by maintaining inbox and Q&A tool Serve as an IT interface for system issues and drive issues to resolution + Template creation/management for communication (including presentations, meetings, etc.)
+ Generate, reconcile, and share reports and metrics related to Partnership
+ Support presentations and external meetings by preparing data, creating contents, and tracking documents
+ Manage access to relevant sites for user community and maintain distribution lists
+ Contribute to the development of manuals, plans and other documentation.
Deliverables described in the base level, and in addition: Autonomy in execution partnerships support services (e.g., provide status analysis of metric reports). Depth of knowledge with partnerships support services. + Provide support in data analysis, business intelligence and impact
+ Contribute to process improvement efforts as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:


Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred, however; other relevant experience, training, and skills may be considered by hiring manager. Proficient in organization and project planning skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Experience in developing presentations and presenting key information to stakeholders. Proficient in independent time management. Ability to understand key information required to plan and track deliverables and timelines. Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and respond to changing needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems and technologies skills. Ability to quickly learn and work in modern technologies. Travel as required for business needs. Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities with supervision. Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and respond to changing needs Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications and other systems and technologies, including Excel pivot table functionality, etc Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Preferred to have pharma experience
