The role



Reporting to the Retail Head of Marketing the Events and Partnerships Executive will support the Retail Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful events and strategic partnerships across the ETEL Group's retail brands, including Kwik Fit and STS Tyre Pros. This role is instrumental in enhancing customer engagement, strengthening brand presence at both a national and local level and building long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

Working closely with the Head of Retail Marketing and external agencies, the role supports the full lifecycle of events and partnership activities from concept through to execution and evaluation. This includes centre launches, local and national events, PR activations, and the annual group conference, as well as collaborative campaigns with supplier and community partners.


Following a successful training and induction period the role will operate on a hybrid basis to include time spent weekly at our central offices is Letchworth as well as travel to other ETEL locations and events locally and nationally as required by the business.





Key accountabilities



Plan, coordinate, and deliver a calendar of events including centre launches, local activations, brand experiences, and the annual group conference. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, organisations, and local communities that support the group's brand and business goals. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue and supplier coordination to on-the-day execution and post-event wrap-up. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Retail Marketing, National Community Liaison Manager, and Operations teams to ensure effective local implementation and support. Work with external agencies and suppliers to deliver branded materials, media content, signage, merchandise, and event collateral. Contribute to the development of partner campaigns that enhance brand reputation, generate PR opportunities, and drive footfall. Produce post-event and campaign reporting with analysis on KPIs, stakeholder feedback, and opportunities for future improvement. Support the delivery of the annual communications plan as part of the broader marketing and communications strategy. Ensure all events and partnerships comply with legal, corporate, and brand guidelines. Travel across the UK when required to manage or support event execution and partner activations. Uphold and promote company values, ensuring all external-facing activity reflects the group's focus on customer experience, innovation, and safety. Other tasks and duties reasonably required by Management.


Skills & experience



Experience within Marketing and Retail (desirable) Confident and positive attitude to business. Interest in automotives and the industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners/agencies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and attend events outside standard office hours when necessary. High level of IT proficiency across Microsoft Office, knowledge of design or event planning software is desirable. Degree or working towards a relevant Marketing qualification (desired) Full UK Drivers Licence- B1 (Mandatory)
