ELEMIS, the British luxury skincare brand, has been announced as the first Official Skincare Partner of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnership Executive to support the day-to-day execution of this trailblazing partnership.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on event coordination, hospitality management, partnership delivery, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities



1. Event & Hospitality Support

Assist in the planning and coordination of ELEMIS hospitality programs at Grand Prix events. Support the management of VIP guest experiences, ensuring all travel, logistics, and event details are organized and executed to the highest standard. Handle administrative tasks such as guest invitations, ticketing, travel bookings, and itinerary creation. Assist with on-site event logistics, including venue setup, branding placement, and product display. Coordinate gifting and product placements for VIP guests and influencers at race events. Ensure all hospitality and event elements align with ELEMIS' luxury brand standards.

2. Partnership Coordination & Brand Guardianship

Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of all sponsorship assets. Support in the execution of branding, marketing materials, and promotional activations related to the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One partnership. Act as brand guardian ensuring correct usage of the ELEMIS x Aston Martin Aramco Formula One branding, logos, and creative assets in all sponsorship-related materials and events. Work closely with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team and external agencies to coordinate approvals and ensure brand consistency.

3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Support the Partnerships team in liaising with event organizers, hospitality providers, agencies, and the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team. Assist with guest list management and coordination of VIP attendees at Formula One events. Provide on-the-ground support at events, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for guests and partners. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, PR, and other teams) to support partnership-related campaigns and activations.

4. Logistics, Administration & Team Support

Manage all administrative tasks related to the partnership, ensuring efficient communication and workflow across teams. Maintain detailed event schedules, guest lists, itineraries, and logistics trackers. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries for VIP guests, executives, and team members attending races. Assist in handling vendor coordination, contract administration, and budget tracking for partnership-related events. Process invoices, raise PO's, track expenses, and maintain accurate records for all partnership-related costs. Assist with post-event reporting, collecting feedback, and documenting key learnings for future activations. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders to showcase partnership impact.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





1-3 years of experience in event coordination, sponsorship activation, hospitality management, or administrative support. Experience working in Formula One required. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including experience handling budgets and logistics. Experience working with VIP guests, event agencies, and hospitality teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with high-profile stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, and a can-do attitude. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management tools. Willingness to travel internationally to Formula One races and partnership activations if required.
