We're hiring a Partnerships Lead - Social to work from our office in London.

The Strategic Partnerships team within Amplifi is responsible for maximising the value of dentsu's media partnerships with major partners in the UK&I market. The mission of the Strategic Partnerships team is to build & scale relationships with these partners to unlock mutual growth, build capability & differentiation for dentsu, and ensure both the clients' and dentsu's challenges are addressed by partners.
Role Purpose
As a Partnership Lead - Social Platforms for dentsu, you will be entrusted with managing the strategic business relationships with a set of our largest & most strategically important partners within the UK&I market, such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn & emerging Paid Social AdTech platforms like Smartly, Sprinklr, and others.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering collaboration, driving strategic local initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of our agency's multiple offerings with our partners' objectives.
Central to your role will be building and managing the business partnership with each of your assigned partners, which take the form of multi-year Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) that enhance client objectives delivery and create incremental value for our clients, dentsu, and partners. To accomplish this, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across dentsu (including the client teams, activation teams, global partnerships, UK&I senior leadership, trading & investment team, marketing team, and product team), and very closely with the dentsu agency leads at each of your partners businesses.

Key responsibilities:Management & delivery of business partnerships, specifically Joint Business Plans, that enhance client objectives delivery and add incremental value to our clients, dentsu, and our partners. Align all agency brands and stakeholders across the network on our integrated partnership strategy for your group of partners. Support other areas of the Amplifi commercial team in the scoping and delivery of commercial agreements with your partners. Take a holistic & long-term view to identify and progress new areas of collaboration and innovation which will drive incremental value/revenue for our clients, dentsu, and our partners. In conjunction with partners, drive and co-ordinate joint-marketing initiatives, new technology solutions, and competitive platform strategies - and unlock areas for new commercial opportunities within dentsu. Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and scale new and innovative solutions. Develop a trusted relationship with key agency & partner contacts. Support development of our overall annual partner engagement and business development strategy. Deliver clear presentation and marketing collateral for explanation our key partnerships. Partner with the client teams to identify revenue growth opportunities inside dentsu's existing client base. Ensure feedback from clients and internal teams on current partnership solutions is captured and that our partnerships capitalise on the future trends and needs of our clients. Participate and present in New Business efforts and presentations, where appropriate. Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client leads and internal stakeholders.

Skills/QualificationsExtensive experience in Paid Social Strong knowledge, network & understanding of Paid Social platforms within the UK Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand strategy and communication planning Strong communicator with an ability to build and nurture relationships. Proven experience in developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients. Ability to leverage business experience / acumen to identify new business and marketing opportunities. Desire to learn new skills and link different aspects of the business. Ability to think strategically, not just tactically; someone who can see the big picture but can articulate the all-important detail. Exceptional presentation skills, written and oral communication. Passionate about driving business forward and a team player. Client-facing experience.
